Failure Symptoms: Whe the agitator dogs fail, the upper portion of the agitator may not turn properly.
How to Test: Check the agitator dogs for excessive wear. If they are worn out they should be replaced.

Agitator Dogs
An incredibly easy, quick fix. Hardest part was taking out the cap under the softener cup. Great QUICK shipping on the parts, even if a bit pricey.

Exactly what I needed @ a great price
I needed these dogs and they worked perfectly. Easy to replace - took less than 10 minutes start to finish. Took me longer to find my ratchet set w/ the extenders in it than to complete the repair.
